* It is important to know that copyright rests with the artist, regardless of who owns the artwork. However, copyright could be sold to the new owner of an artist’s work, by the artist. Legal documents pertaining to the sale of copyright need to be in place before the new owner of an artist’s work may reproduce it for financial gain, in which case the artist will no longer benefit financially from the sale of such reproductions. Should a painting be commissioned, the copyright rests with the commissioner of such work, but may influence the fees of the artist.

* Should you be unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be paid on the condition that the artwork is returned in the condition Estar Gallery has sent it to the customer. Refunds to be paid once Estar Gallery has received it in the original condition it has been sent to the customer in the first place.
* No refunds after 30 days from the day of delivery.
* Please always keep delivery documents as proof of delivery date in case artwork has to be returned to Estar Gallery. Always keep in mind that the delivery date on customer’s documents needs to correspond with that reflected on Estar Gallery’s documents.
* In case of returns, insurance and shipping is for the account of the customer.
